That was Thursday night. My peach accompanied me to a show at the World Cafe Live. Thomas Dolby was first to go on, and he played for about an hour and a half. I enjoyed some of his songs like the one that goes: "they call her hot sauce, she's hot and SPICY!" and a few others. I know Nikkie wasn't digging him a whole lot but she did enjoy BT which I thought was wonderful.
BT's performance was exhilarating. Eventually this lovey dovey couple next to us moved so we took their seats which were located directly behind one of the surround sound speakers. The bass vibrated throughout my body and even shook my pant legs lol. An almost empty cup of beer had been placed above and behind Nikkie's chair by an audience member which ended up vibrating off and spilling on her back. :-( that was a bummer. Luckily there wasn't much to have been spilled. He closed his act with "Satellite" which I was fortunate enough to record on my phone. Its a little fuzzy here and there, but you get the overall feel of it. He also did a cover of "Mad World" by Gary Jules. He played the beginning of the song like the orginal, then moved on to create his own BT version of it.
When the show ended, Nikkie and I tried to get some grub at the restaurant but the kitchen was closed :-(. So instead, we went for a walk in search of some food and came across an Organic Coffee Shop that was open in our favor. We each ordered a cappuccino (mine was vanilla) and a chocolate covered biscotti. Freaking expensive if you ask me, but what can ya do. I scared the shit out of my dad by not answering my phone the first two times he called. I finally felt the tremor of my phone ringing to hear my dad on the other line asking me where the hell I was. Nikkie and I walked back down and yeah.. we went home lol.
When I got to my house, I still had to bake cookies for a party in my astonomy class we were having the next day. I didn't have to bake them, but my teacher was handing out FIFTY points to whoever brought in baked goods to celebrate the winter solstice. Granted, the solstice was really Thursday, but we were told in advance to expect a substitute. The rest of Friday was a piece of cake, literally. Each class had a party and just relaxed.
My agenda for today? Clean my room the fuck up because its a mess, and wrap presents.

So, I got my roster today. I have 5 classes that are mon-fri. And the others, are just kinda thrown in there where ever they felt like putting them. I have study hall too. That's nice and boring, but at least I can do my homework there.
Since I can't take gym because of my bad back, I'll end up having study hall 5 days a week. Nap time!
I'm looking forward to my english class since we'll be studying british literature. And then there's... ORCHESTRA! Yayyy back to the violin, I can't wait. Of course I'm not looking forward to having TWO math classes.
I'm really going to have to work hard, since I've screwed up these past 3 years. But regardless I'll be graduating next year which is good to know. But, its disappointing knowing I won't be graduating with my class. Just have to suck it up and deal with it.
I made my bed, now I must lay in it.

My sister got engaged. I didn't give her the reaction she wanted. 1) because she had previously told me lol. 2) I don't know. I guess it's hard to believe. I don't really think it's that big a deal... 'Cause like I said, it's hard to believe. I guess I didn't really know how serious they were. I feel so bad saying it, but I'm very doubtful they'll last. :-\. I am happy for her. I think there's some underlying reason of why i'm not so ecstatic like everyone else. My mom cried for god's sake. But then again, it' Liz and she's perfect and what not. Maybe I'm jealous? No no, not like that, I'm not jealous of her lol. In no ways mean do I want Jeremy. I mean, maybe I'm jealous because once again, Liz will get all the praise and I'll just be scorned at.
Maybe it's just another reminder how much I'm not liked in my own home and how much of a screw up I am.

It's time to stop being miserable and be happy.
Today was a good day. Classes were easy as always. Hung out with joe and stevie-e for a bit. In chemistry we took this aptitude test, and i got Superior in "Clerical" and, oddly enough i didn't do so good in social lol. I was a bit bummed because, i'd like to end up doing something in the psychology field. Oh well.
Today is such a shitty day. Cold, windy and rainy.

Then some reason i was back in the house on Tyson with my sister... But we seemed younger... I dunno.
